  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If there is a significant delay in shipment due to high order volume or other circumstances, we will notify you by email or phone.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India.
If your location falls outside our serviceable areas, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option, if available.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on eligible products or order values.

  • Any additional taxes, duties, or regional charges (if applicable) will be mentioned during checkout.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service provider.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays (such as courier issues, weather conditions, or national holidays) may affect delivery schedules.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can use this information to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or via the tracking link provided.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However:

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at admin@saascreations.in.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with our shipping partner and either resend the product or issue a refund, as applicable.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • In case of a wrong address, unreachable contact number, or unclaimed package, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will be arranged after deducting applicable return and re-dispatch charges.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our service to global locations soon.
